Return Policy - Tipografia Prod Com

La Tipografia Prod Com, we are dedicated to offering products and services of the highest quality. We understand, however, that there may be situations in which you wish to return a product. This policy describes the conditions and steps you need to follow.

1. Right of Withdrawal according to Romanian Legislation

In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days from the physical possession of the products.

Important exceptions:

It is essential to remember that, in accordance with Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014, The right of withdrawal does not apply. In the case of:

Products manufactured according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized. Most products made by our printing house (e.g., business cards, flyers, folders, personalized agendas, labels, forms with client data, etc.) fall into this category.
Supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, except for subscription contracts.

2. Non-Returnable Products (Customized Products)

The following product categories, being made to order especially for you, Cannot be returned , except in cases of non-conformity (manufacturing defects or typographical errors):

Any type of printed materials that include their own visual identity elements (logo, contact information, specific texts): business cards, letterheads, personalized envelopes.
Custom promotional materials: flyers, brochures, leaflets, posters, presentation folders.
Custom agendas and calendars.
Custom self-adhesive labels.
Customized print (invoices, receipts, notices, etc.).
Large format prints made with the client's graphics.
Any other product made according to the exact specifications (dimensions, colors, finishes) requested by the client.

3. Eligible Products for Return (Standard, Non-Personalized Products)

For standard products, which have not been personalized in any way (e.g., school notebooks, drawing pads, non-personalized printed forms, etc.), you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Return Acceptance Conditions:

The products must be in the same condition as they were delivered: unused, without signs of wear, damage, or stains.
Products must be returned in their original packaging or in suitable packaging that protects them during shipping.
All documents that were delivered with the products must also be returned.

4. Return Procedure (for eligible products)

Notice of intent to return: Within 14 days of receiving the product, please send us a written notification to the email address: typography.prodcom@gmail.com The notification must contain the invoice number, the name of the products you wish to return, and your contact details.
Confirmation of request received: You will receive a confirmation email from us, along with further instructions.
Shipping of products: Properly package the products and ship them by courier to our address: Lieutenant Colonel Dumitru Petrescu Street, No. 20, Târgu Jiu, Gorj. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.
Verification and refund: After the products reach us and are verified, we will initiate the refund process within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the return. The amount will be transferred to the IBAN account specified by you in the return notification.

5. Non-Compliance Situations (Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products)

If, upon receiving your order, you find that the products have clear manufacturing defects (e.g., missing pages, major printing errors, incorrect finishes) or you have received different products than those ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (recommended within 48 hours of receipt) at the email address. typography.prodcom@gmail.com or at the phone numbers +40 733 935 138 / +40 735 170 411 ...and attaching clear photos of the observed problem.

In these cases, we will analyze the situation and, if the non-conformity is confirmed to be a typographical error, we will proceed with the replacement of the non-conforming products (with full coverage of shipping costs) or, if replacement is not possible, with a full refund of the value of the respective products.

Attention: We are not responsible for content errors (text, contact details, etc.) or graphic errors (image quality, design mistakes) that have been validated by the client through "Proofread" (even if electronic/telephone). The final verification of the layout and texts is the client's responsibility.
