The entire content of the website – images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, scripts, programs, and other data – is the property of Tipografia Prodcom and its suppliers and is protected by copyright law and laws regarding intellectual and industrial property. The use without the written consent of Tipografia Prodcom of any of the above-listed elements is punishable according to the laws in force.
For personalized products, the ordering process involves the client sending the necessary graphic materials or requesting design services. Before entering production, the Seller will send the Buyer a digital sample of the final work ("mockup" or "Proof").
It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to carefully check the final layout for any errors. Of content (text, data, phone numbers, etc.), layout, or graphics. By confirming the "Proof of Print" (by phone, email, or other written means), the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the final form of the product, and the Seller is released from any liability regarding errors that may have been identified in the layout.
The prices displayed on the website may be informative. The final price for personalized products will be communicated through a price offer. All prices will specify whether or not they include VAT.
Payment can be made through methods agreed upon with the Seller (e.g., bank transfer, cash on delivery, online card payment, etc.), according to the details on the fiscal invoice.
Delivery is made through express courier companies or by our own means, to the address specified by the Buyer. The delivery time will be communicated upon order confirmation and may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the volume of orders.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

The Seller cannot be held liable for damages of any kind that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of the Seller's fulfillment of any of its obligations under the Order and for damages resulting from the use of the Products and Services after delivery.
We are not responsible for minor color variations between what is displayed on the client's monitor and the final printed product, as these may occur due to differences in screen calibration (RGB vs. CMYK).
Tipografia Prodcom processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). By placing an order, the Buyer expresses their consent for their data (name, address, email, phone number) to be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for subsequent commercial communications. This contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts.
